It was a really unpleasant experience. I took two pliers to sharpen and returned on the agreed date to pick them up. When I returned, they were still not ready, but that was fine. When I went to use them, they were dull. I returned to the establishment with the pliers, explaining what happened and came back after a week to pick them up. Upon returning today, he handed them back and said: "just next time don't swap the pliers" as if I had replaced the tools to gain an advantage in two sharpenings. Honestly, the accusation was so shocking that I didn't even understand at first. Besides the poorly done work (which wasn't even worth 7 reais), I was still forced to hear such a gem. A trash job, combined with trash service. If you're looking for something of quality, I do not recommend.
